PlasmaTV (Plasma transfusion value)

Plasma TV is a study which involved the participation of 110 hospitals in 22 countries to analyze the effects and benefits of plasma transfusion in children and retrieve data to establish prescription guidelines. 443 critically ill children have been enrolled for this international study.

The study has been presented at the international conference of the Canadian Critical Care Trials Group (CCCTG) in Calgary in January 2015 and was accepted for publication in the reputable critical care journal, the Blue Journal.
